Water-filled drill holes
FIS V Zero can easily be processed in water-filled drill holes according to its ETA and can therefore be used under any building site conditions.
Maximum occupational safety
Thanks to its non-labelled ingredients, the FIS V Zero offers its users maximum protection during processing and achieves the lowest emission class with its A+ rating.
Maximum protection of the environment
Significantly reduced environmental risk even in case of improper disposal thanks to innovative ingredients. Simple disposal in household residual waste avoids the otherwise costly disposal as hazardous waste.
Post-installed rebar connection
Post-installed rebar connections complete the range of potential FIS V Zero applications and make the injection mortar the perfect choice on any construction site.
Installation temperatures
Approved installation temperatures of -10 to 40 °C allow the FIS V Zero to be used all year round. An internal expert report furthermore confirms installation temperatures of up to -15 °C.

FIS V Zero features

  • FIS V Zero is free of labelling-required hazardous substances such as dibenzoyl peroxide, which is classed as sensitising, irritating to the eyes and hazardous to the environment.  
  • The non-labelled ingredients of the FIS V Zero guarantee safe installation for maximum user protection. 
  • The injection mortar is approved for applications in concrete and masonry, for post-installed rebar connections and for water-filled drill holes.

European Technical Assessment

The new universal mortar has a wide range of applications, as the FIS V Zero has a European Technical Assessment (ETA) for fastenings in concrete and all conventional types of masonry as well as post-installed rebar connections and water-filled drill holes.

Tested in accordance with Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold

Maximum protection of people and nature: Thanks to its innovative formula, the mortar fulfils the highest requirements to maintain clean indoor air quality with VOC content and VOC emissions (Volatile Organic Compounds) as confirmed by tests carried out by Eurofins. This makes the universal mortar ideal for closed rooms.

Nordic Swan Ecolabel

The product is certified in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the official ecolabel of the Nordic countries which identifies products that are particularly environmentally friendly.

Solar Impulse Efficient Solution

The FIS V Zero was also presented with the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label. The award honours solutions that combine profitability with sustainability.

Environmental Technology Award Baden-Württemberg (2021)

The fischer FiXperience design software supports you in measuring your projects safely and reliably whether you are a planner, structural engineer or tradesperson. FiXperience has a modular setup and can be used for a variety of applications.

The new, modular structure of the programme includes engineering software and special application modules.
